Wholesale Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Billow Beach, you (the "Retailer") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Order Fulfillments & Shipping

1.1 Order Processing Time: All orders will be fulfilled within 60 days of the purchase date, in accordance with the manufacturer's sea freight schedule. Delivery timeframes may vary based on sea freight schedules and shipping destinations.

1.2 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): The minimum order quantity is 100 units. Orders below this threshold will not be processed.

1.3 Delivery Location: The Retailer may specify one desired delivery location of choice. Any additional delivery locations may incur additional shipping charges.

1.4 Packaging & Shipping: Please note that pillows may be shipped separately from the beach bags to avoid double handling and reduce shipping costs. The Retailer will be informed in advance of the expected delivery and packaging method.

2. Pricing & Payment Terms

2.1 Wholesale Price: Products are priced at the wholesale rate of $89 per unit, with a minimum order quantity of 100 units.

2.2 Payment Terms: Full payment is required prior to the processing of any order.
