Return and Refund Policy:

We want you to be completely happy with your 3 in 1 beach bag with towel and integrated pillow! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Here’s how our return and refund process works:

1. Returns

Eligibility:

  • You can return your beach bag within 14 days of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Please note that personalised or custom-made items, sale items, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.

How to Return:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us at hello@billowbeach.com to request a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorisation: We’ll send you a return authorisation and instructions on how to return your item. Please don’t send the item back until you have this authorisation.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • If Your Item is Defective or Incorrect: We’ll cover the return shipping costs.
  • For Other Returns: You’ll need to pay for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure we receive your return.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please allow a few extra days for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your beach bag for a different colour, just let us know! Contact us at hello@billowbeach.com to arrange the exchange.

If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference plus shipping costs.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your beach bag arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away. We’ll arrange for a return and send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Wear and Tear Disclaimer:
Please ensure you follow the provided care instructions for your beach bag. It is important to use the bag and its pockets as intended and avoid overfilling them to prevent accidental wear and tear. Common practices that may lead to damage include exposing the bag to extreme weather conditions or using it for purposes other than its intended use.

Damage resulting from improper use or excessive loading will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. For best results, regularly inspect your bag for signs of wear and clean it according to our care instructions. If you have any questions about proper use or care, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except where required by law.
